From an American collection of World medals.

Through the intricate channelling of the Rosoir spring, Dijon was supplied with clean water. The 22-line inscription on the back of the medal provides more details about the construction work. It mentions a circular water reservoir with a capacity of 22,000 hectoliters and the addition of an underground water pipeline stretching nearly 8 miles. These improvements were made possible thanks to the legacy of Abbot Etienne Audra, who bequeathed around 100,000 francs to the city to enhance its water supply system.
